There has to be a little substitution, of course, and I've spend a bit of time in the library at Caer Glaem to try and make sure I find the right herbs and plants from this world to make potions from my own, but generally a lot of things are the same. I'm lucky that a lot of the ingredients I need are usually just flowers that other people would overlook.
