[he knows it isn't iskierka, but nonetheless granby can't help the way his heart leaps when he catches sight of the shape swooping overhead. it doesn't take long afterwards to track the dragon down, but even after reaching the hillside, granby stays a respectable distance back. of course, what was a respectable distance for him might still be seen as near suicidally close by a non-aviator. but to granby it was the closest he could come to both satisfying his curiosity and remaining safe. after all, the place's dragons did tend to vary wildly.]
