A number of emotions flashes across the firstborn elf's face.

Horror at the first, for there is a difference between losing one's life in the strife for a silmaril and giving it up willingly - and hearing of the death of a son of his will never be something that will not make him burn with dark feelings, though the nature of those will differ by cause.

Anger and sorrow and ire at the second, and a number of conflicting feelings at the third, and it is that that darkens his features the most, though what he takes up in words, unable to truly reply to any of it, is the second.] You "wished" it away. [He cannot feel anything specific towards it at the moment, not with all else that Maglor has said. With what else he knows. That will come in time. He would have desired to see it, yet...]
