[It's far better than he's ever been, but in a world where even the greatest of Wonders are dead or gone evil (and thinking of Superman like that would make him shudder), it's not all that surprising. And while he's disappointed she's not from here (a friendly face would be nice about such things) he's quick to push past it to stare at her, shifting slightly as if to ready himself to shove the helmet on his head at a moments notice, he's tense.
