[Not his first time being transported to some freaky parallel dimension, whatever. When he first showed up he thought he might've had a little too much to drink the night before. Usually it wasn't like him to pass up the opportunity at free eats but he was feeling a little winded from the trip and wanted to get a leg up on the research. A place with internet access seemed like his best bet. It's what Sam'd nag him to do, anyway. The coffee next to him is going untouched. He's not ready to trust any of it yet, especially what the natives are forking over outta the goodness of their hearts.
For once his posture's not saying leave me the hell alone, it's open- to suggestions, to the rest of the people stuck here like him. It wasn't a fluke, he'd seen quite a few strangers sporting the same confused look on their mug. It's easy for Dean to tell them apart from the rest, and that guard goes right back up when someone sets off any of his alarms. He wasn't raised in this for nothing.
Under the table he's flipping a small knife between his fingers. The one he keeps concealed in his boot. Every now and then it catches a glint from the sun and sends a streak of shimmer rocketing across the wall next to him.]
