[Normally Lizzie would be utterly shocked at someone who had not been officially introduced speaking to her. It was highly improper and not befitting of someone of her standing, however, none of this was even vaguely familiar nor did any of it make sense. She had been in a world of her own as she tried to apply her wit and logic to this but she was, sadly, coming up short.
