[Have a ruggedly handsome writer, Leia. He smiles at the confident-looking lady on the locket screen.]

From what I've gathered, it has to do with personality. People in the Unseelie court seem a bit darker in general. You should see the decor in that place.

[Oh, he is rather handsome, and he sounds so much smarter than her previous speaking companion.]

Personality, hm? I probably know a few people over there then. Have you seen the decor yourself or have you only heard about it from someone who has?

[More handsome and smarter? You flatter him, Leia.]

Personal experience unfortunately. The fairies or whoever decided that it would be funny if they just magically sent me over there - into a random girl's room too. She almost attacked me.

[No, Mr Castle, she said you were handsome and smarter-looking than Han. Not more handsome. Despite common misconceptions, she's really rather fond of her scruffy smuggler, dumb faces and all.]

That is unfortunate. You seem well enough now. Was this a while ago or did you escape before she actually harmed you?

[Not that she would have blamed the girl. She might have shot first and asked questions later if she were in a similar situation.]

[Castle knows how to make dumb faces too, ok.]

Yeah I convinced her not to hurt me, seeing as how I wasn't in there hurt her. I got about halfway down the hall before the fairies sent me back where I had come from, but I was still petrified someone was going to be able to tell I was a Seelie and would shank me in the leg.

[But they're not the saaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. Han's stupid face is the best stupid face.]

Well, I'm glad that you were able to reason with her and that you avoided any of the more unseemly Unseelie. The fae seem to like causing mischief and mayhem more than actually doing anything productive. Perhaps that's why this conflict has lasted so long.

[That's ok, Leia. He's found a woman who loves his stupid face.]

Yes. Well, that and the fact that they seem to like recruiting people who have no interest in actually fighting.
borntorebel: (You're a clown.)

[personal profile] borntorebel 2014-11-15 02:10 am (UTC)(link)
[Well, that's good, but his face doesn't look that stupid, to be honest.]

I can see how that would prolong things. You'd think they would be more interested in finding those that are willing to assist them, if they're actually trying to gain any ground in this conflict.
writeswrongs: (smile2)

[personal profile] writeswrongs 2014-11-16 01:34 am (UTC)(link)
[Well, thank you Leia. He prefers to think his face is ruggedly handsome as opposed to stupid.]

One would think, though I guess they can't control who these shards bury themselves into.
borntorebel: (Han...)

[personal profile] borntorebel 2014-11-16 02:36 am (UTC)(link)
[Yes, and if she weren't otherwise besotted with a certain scoundrel, she might fall for his charm.]

Hm, I suppose that is true. Although, there is always the fact that they could do their own fighting.
writeswrongs: (seriously)

[Castle has become considerably less scoundrel-ish, thanks to Kate.]

Now that'd be a novel idea, wouldn't it?
