[ why are you asking zuko, sokka, you're the one who's supposed to know everything. he might just have to take a trip to the library to figure this one out. any excuse to hang out around a bunch of dusty old books, right? there's so much he could learn! ] Or, actually, better question, why doesn't it burn? I've never seen a plant that's Zuko-proof. [ he's mostly thinking out loud here, zuko, don't mind him. ]
[ inspired by toph, zuko punches sokka hard in the shoulder. nothing is zuko-proof as zuko isn't a verb. there's a nice little outburst on the tip of his tongue, but considering his head feels itchy, he removes the crown of holly and mistletoe from his skull. ] It looks like this. [ despite asking the imps what it was and why they were giving it to him when he'd been given his boon, they'd only snickered and run off, tripping over their own feet as they left zuko doomed to this particular fate. he holds it out for sokka, but before his friend can take it, he sets it alight in his hand. ]
