I DO I UNDERSTAND IT SO MUCH.

i think they're both just in Denial because there's so much going on that they can't think about anything romantic (hermione had to for a bit when ron was here but that's not an issue so romance is the backburner considering all the death and destruction) and what is more important to her is the idea of helping luke!! so if that means she has to help him deal with his issues re: everything including girls she will (she did it for harry she can do it for him even if she might pout more for luke because. really.) their lives are 900% awkward but THEY NEED TO KISS AND GET MARRIED (even if they only get married for power that would be so incredible i can't stop laughing about the idea of it they're so stupid. also tell me more about the cows. do george and martha ship it.)

i think that's what she needs!! but even then i mean hermione will be torn but she is very set on, you know, people proving themselves and doing better (look at how she views snape, for example, who was proven death eater and she still said he was trying to make a change and be good and supported him up until he had to what he had to do) and she will be fiercely loyal to him. because she adores him and she knows already that he beats himself up and she wants to help him develop a bit and stuff.

... she does have a garden. :|

LMAO, GET OUT OF HERE. oh my god, hermione. you are so gross!! but he would feel awkward talking to her about thalia because talking about thalia is awkward enough as it is. so much guilt!! so many feelings he had to repress during the years she was a tree!! she was a tree!! if she does that, i think he will legit fall for her because who the hell tries to be an emotional pillar for luke castellan aside from really vengeful and poor dad mug award titans? opening up is the hardest thing ever, so, having someone continuously encourage him to do so and always be interested in uncovering that sort of stuff and wanting to take care of him when he is always caring for himself is going to be too overwhelming. hopefully he doesn't run away again. 8|

the cows will ship it. george ships those who give him rats with luke. and martha ships all the ladies with luke but primarily ships luke/healthy happiness beneath all her wedding plans and nudging him toward EXPERIENCING LIFE and the things like that. and i think achlys and polemos just ship themselves with crushing luke to death since they sit on him all the time. fucking dogs, man.

hopefully 2015 is where they stop being passing ships in the night and become more involved in each other's things! luke went through his downward spiral and is picking himself up now, so, head camp counsellor luke will rear his ugly head a lot to tell her to slow down and then do all the shit for her because what's rest and then be the boy who took care of thalia and annabeth while on the run, because he has survival skills he has to use on his wife!! you can tell him about your boyfriend but just be aware he won't be as supportive as hermione will ever be because boys are dumb, don't date them.

this cow will tend to your garden while he tends to hermione if you catch my drift ...

THAT IS WHAT SHE DOES LUKE, GOD. she takes care of people!! she was harry's pillar of support and she was sort-of ron's sometimes but that was really awkward. so she will transfer all of that supportive energy towards luke and be there for him and invite him to stay at her house so she can talk to him and try and help him as much as she can. she knows what war is like, luke, she knows you have to make terrible choices and do terrible choices and sometimes you do the Wrong Thing but in the end learning to do the Right Thing is really hard. not everyone can do it. and seeing him do it, seeing what he's done in each (the dumb stuff + him at the moon plot which really influenced her feelings towards him completely so much oh my gosh) she will firmly believe that he is a good person that deserves good things and she will smother him with it if she has to.

we definitely need to do more stuff this year and get them back on being the best of best friends and she's heading on her own downward spiral, look at that cute contrasting romance crap. she's stressing so much and pulling out her hair and she needs someone to sit her down and be like "yo, chill" and make sure she doesn't end up passing out from exhaustion which is. entirely likely at this point, to be honest. but she will come and support luke and heY she doesn't have a boyfriend, thank you, she just has a really weird family and some sisters and a super strong dad but you know whatever that's normal here, right. (if boys are dumb does that mean she can't date you, either??)

we just. need to do a log of them hanging out and being Good to each other honestly.

he's going to feel so bad!! but don't think it's unreciprocated. he'll be trying to focus all on her and none of him because that's just how luke rolls! no one knew he was fracturing at camp half-blood, so i can only discern that he was probably really good at keeping up a front. too bad he sort of ruined that with hermione who can see through stupid bullshit! if she invites him to stay he probably will never leave and put some good locks on her doors to prevent people from breaking in ... THAT MOON PLOT THREAD IS STILL MY FAVOURITE. ♥

luke's the guy to tell her to chill out. HE GOT HER AN IPOD SO SHE WOULD! she'll have to recharge it at the station so, you know, YOU'RE MEANT TO CALL HIM. "give me a call if you need to recharge" HAS TWO MEANINGS, HERMIONE. he's legit going to have to grab her and teleport over to the station and keep her under lock and key to make sure she relaxes! (and that's a trick question because ......... no. :'c)

we do! i'm actually trying to sort out what he's doing this month, which is basically a lot of running around and then travelling with clarisse to go be a politician for her, but if hermione's got an open spot this month, they should meet up! he can easily just come see her while he's collecting information for solais/team seelie.

he definitely already has an invite to her house so he knows it's there (because magical charms, luke, you literally cannot tell anyone about her house) and can pop in at any time! and yes, she sees through stupid bullshit so quickly that she could just stare at him with a :/ face until he tells her what's going on. she's seeing through harry's self-righteous rubbish about doing it alone~ and keeping her safe~ for a good seven years, she can handle you, luke. just come and cuddle her, okay. IT'S MY FAVOURITE TOO IT WAS SO GOOD AND INTENSE.

though that is a good idea for a thread!! hermione probably listens to the ipod when she's brewing so it'll die pretty... quick... and so she can definitely cry at luke like PLEASE FIX MY IPOD show her how the magic of ipod charging works when you don't have to use magic to try and manipulate it somehow!! she's completely open for the next month as far as i know (there's some ehh plans about her going sigil hunting with lance but idk when that will be!!) so we can definitely plan to do something or forward/backdate some stuff c:

oh ;o; well, i hope it's okay oocly if he changes the locks a little there ... it is his forte and he will legit do it to make sure she is safe!!! he'll even make the cows stand guard and watch her 24/7 and leave him alone! but, lmao, shit. it seems like luke is a harry but one you can actually shag ... he'll come and hang at her house if he can bring george and martha, the dogs, and maybe the cows — he's trying to get rid of those helpful broads! but hermione will at least have the help of martha on her side, since i'm sure the cows are too busy gossiping about their june wedding to really give her solid advice, nor even steal secrets from hermione to give to luke to make him less of an idiot.

all i know is that this month he's just going to run around, hopefully begin training in swordfighting, so! i know there will be a moment in there where martha forces him to take a day for himself. did you want to do something this month or the next one? i don't have anything for next month planned, BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON! D: i know luke would probably drop by, anyway. he's got cows, snakes, and probably animals at his disposal here to do his bidding. he always has time for a nice romp with the wife.

it's totally fine!! she mostly allows people free reign as long as they're not, you know, destroying her house or anything so he can fiddle with the locks. c: god luke if you hate your cows so much she'll take one from you and take care of it and smother it and tell it about how dumb and stupid it's master is and how she actually really likes him ugH. bring all your pets, the can hang out with her cat and dog yo.

i have no idea what's going on with hermione solidly in the next two months so she is yours whenever you want her luke!! WE CAN HAVE A CUTE HANGING OUT HOUR, WHATEVER, SHOVES FOOD DOWN HIS THROAT. come and make sure she is 100% satisfied.
