[ He shifts his weight over, just narrowly escaping leaning against the window frame (it would certainly crack if he tried), and lowers his head so it's lower, closer. If Cole hasn't run away yet, then he doubts he will now. ]

That does sound familiar. My cousin could be possessed of a great singularity of purpose when it suited it him, though perhaps it might have been better if tempered with some degree of true human charity or thought for the welfare of others.

[His tone manages to just barely come off as nonlecturing. Whereas he implies that he, thanks to his mixed heritage, clearly combines the best traits of both. The ego is practically blinding.]

[There is his own moment of relief. Its result is a very tiny, very brief smile. While they are short two members of the team, not to mention Detective Fusco, it is reassuring to have Reese at and on his side.]

We will need a few days to settle and to gather information. I intend on looking into surrounding territories for the least objectionable spot for relocation. Of course, she isn't entirely alone. Something or someone appears to be scaling the outer wall. At first she is on edge, wondering if there is to be some sort of attack, but the figure is alone and could merely be scouting.

When she approaches, her tone is cautious but firm.]
