[ Infamous is something he can accept; the idea that he is well-known, somehow, settles his shoulders and he relaxes. He wants to be known by humanity, he want stop the torture and inhumane (hah) things happening to his mutant brethren, and if that means he has to scream his name to the sky and force people to reckon with him then he will do it. He isn't sure how that fits in with what Charles has told him, other than the fact that he does get himself on the news somehow, but it's the rest of the story that hits him like a lead weight.
