Yes, each castle has one. There used to be another--one that might be called neutral--but it was, sadly, destroyed shortly before I arrived here.

It's a little difficult to explain where the Barrel is without showing you on a map. This a very vast place. However, I will be glad to show you where it is. You can either travel there via a fairy ring and horse or if that kind of magical travel bothers you, there are paths that can be taken via horse. Going the whole route that way will take longer, but...fairy rings...
