[ reyna has to give sam credit, he does seem to be reacting better than some people she's seen so far. and maybe he's reacting better than she did when she first came but that's not the point in the slightest. the thing is, even though she feels more comfortable than she did during her first feast it's just easier to people watch sometimes.

of course, normally the people don't decide to bombard her with question of whether or not a food is safe. the food in question happens to be a meat pie and while reyna knows she shouldn't tease the new person— there's a tiny part of her that's a sixteen year old girl and she wanted to people watch and eat in peace. so sorry she's not sorry sam, she's going to ruin your meat pie eating. ]

Those actually caused a few deaths during the last feast. [ no, no they didn't but rachel had predicted someone maybe dying from a meat pie so really reyna's just doing sam a service by telling him. ] They might be fine now, though.
