He knows Peter's last name from what he had urged from Charles, what little he knew about the boy when he had asked who he unlikely saviour had been, given with a stern warning to leave him alone, and all Erik can do is breath out hard and let his fists clench at his side. The metal is moving again, shaking as Erik loses a little of his finely kept control, and his eyes slide back to glare at Teddy.

Maximoffs. Children that might be his, that have their own children. It makes him want to scream. Surely Charles would have known if Peter was Erik's? But, no, no, Charles didn't have his telepathy then -- it would make sense that he wouldn't be able to pluck Erik from the boy's mind. The offhand comment had to have been meaningless, however. It had to have been.

Eyes moving, he stares at Teddy. It's dark, hard. ]

This is so weird, I guess I always imagined you had grey hair your whole life like Pietro?
