[Now that no one was charging headlong at any else, Athame took a few cautious steps forward, sniffing the white wolf. Completely ignoring her careful investigation, Javik dropped to one knee, extending one hand to Amaterasu.

Seeing she wasn't needed, and deciding there was no danger, Athame turned back to Javik's side, sitting down with a hrmph. Most of the maternal instincts had faded, but she had been a bit more defensive after having her first litter of pups.]

I have not seen you in some time.

[And last time, she'd been naked.]

[Oh, another mother. If Amaterasu knew this, she might have been a little less surprised by Athame's previous warnings. When she drew near to investigate her, the wolf god too elongated her neck to sniff in turn, tail not raised to wag, but swaying behind her legs as if intent to show she was amiable and meant neither of them any danger.

Following this up, her gaze settled on Javik and his open hand, and she moved toward him without any hesitance, unsurprisingly. It had been quite a while, though perhaps it felt even shorter for her—what with the difference in time between Nippon and here. Her fuzzy cheek rested itself against his palm, her ears tipping back docilely with a contented whine.

It was good to see him again.]

[Javik ran his fingers through her fur, coming back up to rub one ear between his thumb and forefinger, before he pulled away entirely. He wasn't one to indulge - either himself or others.]

What happened after you were turned human?
