[ One could say the same about Elrond: possessed of a presence, despite the mildly unassuming air he generally cultivates. He's been learning his way around the technologically advanced station, allowing himself time to figure out what to do about his family and the war. It does not surprise him to discover workshops.

It does surprise him that this tall stranger knows who he is, but he's an expert at keeping opinions close to his vest, so Nerdanel is favored with a relaxed, if sightly puzzled, smile. He may suspect her identity, but it's generally best to make sure. ]

My wife's mother is of the House of Finarfin. [ He tilts his head, still watching her with eyes capable of seeing things that others may not want him to. ] Out of respect to the men who raised me, I was referring to the immediate family of the House of Feanor, my lady.
