I can't smell people through them, either. But you learn interesting things listening or reading the lockets. People are often far apart here, especially if they're in different courts. It's the only time I hear from certain people.

[ And she is incurably nosy. So. Not listening in on such an easy way of learning things would be, well...entirely out of character.

It doesn't even take much effort. She tends to listen to people speak on the lockets as she dozes at windows, back at Caer Sciam. ]
