[He'd probably be annoyed if she reacted in either of those ways. And she doesn't try to play dumb over being caught, which helps too. Bellamy doesn't move when she sits, but he does think of the fastest way possible to leap from his chair. Call it paranoia or survival instinct, but there's a reason he's still alive.]

( What a complicated question. Hera shrugs with one shoulder, tucking her hands under her chin and resting her elbows on her legs - leaning forward. )

( Read: she doesn't know if he can give it to her, even if she knew exactly what she wanted. Oh, she's got ideas. But she doesn't even know his name and Hera isn't just about to spill her plans to someone she just met. Kanan had to earn it once she'd seen how far he was willing to go, and even he wasn't willing to commit himself fully to her cause. That came later.
