well! contrary to the gif i used showing lovely old(er) big boss, i'd probably aim for somewhere just post snake eater or somewhere in the mucky middle of peace walker. probably wouldn't dare to venture into ground zeroes territory yet. kojima's work takes a good few years to settle in my mind and i really wouldn't want to give up the off-the-wall humour found in naked snake/big boss's earlier life.

it (apping big boss) has been a desire boiling in the back of my mind for ages now. i just worry whether i can pull him off long term! i'm definitely gonna keep considering him -- if not for this round then for a later one. kinda fitting if he shows up after all the mucky battle stuff happens.
