HOW TO PLAY:
in case the diagram is not enough
1. Everyone is at a big party. Courts? What courts? Forget about courts.
2. Post an IC comment with a subject that finishes the sentence "never have I ever".
3. If you see something your character has done, reply with them taking a shot! If they've done it many times, have them take many shots or down an entire bottle. Shots do not need to be alcohol, especially not for underage characters.
4. All characters must be honest. It's more fun that way. Don't look at me, the monarchs probably put some magic on the drinks.
5. Bother other people. Demand details. Don't wreck the house, please, and post warnings if things get 18+.

You really want the whole story? He dumped all of us in the middle of the sea thinking we'd end up dead out there. That was close to Leathann, come to think of it.

I only knew that part, not that the two were connected! Do you have any idea how quick rumours form about shardbearers shenanigans and how hard it is to figure out what's true?

... Not really. I haven't been around enough to know what people might be saying about us.

You ought to learn to listen more. People'll hush around you when they figure out you've got a hunk of rock in you, but until then!

If all they have to say is a bunch of rumors, it's probably not worth bothering.

Sometimes, they're just good stories, true or not.

Although that begs the question - since you were there, how true is it that some massive giant rose up out of the sea in order to beat back the resident monster? I've heard height estimates that range from ten times the size of a man to two hundred!

Oh, I know, I've had to deal with a beastie from the depths or two in my time. The way they trash does have a tendency to obscure details, and then sailors will always make up for what they miss.

I think people just like to do that no matter where you go, from the sounds of it.

True. But I think it's fun, if we're being honest. Keeps things interesting, and in a less harmful way.

It's not hurting anybody, but I don't see the point in making up stories like that, either.

You should keep it in mind for the future. I mean, obviously Reynard isn't going to be a problem, but trouble and shardbearers are a marriage truer than any other.

Think of it like leaving very deep footprints on the land, that impact everywhere you step.
