actually maybe a weird question -- i'm utterly canon-blind but how's waver with chess? i've always wanted sansa to have the chance to learn it, and perhaps cross-court games via the lockets might be interesting. so here's a stab in the dark from me.

Waver's fine with chess (his canon exists within the modern era, with Fate/zero set in the 90s. because he's english i get to make a million jokes about how many spice girls songs he's got memorized) It'd definitely be plausible to set up a chess game over the watches!
