Tagging Habits: Given my schedule Boomerang when I have time to sit down and focus on RP is fastest. I will also backtag but that becomes dependent on my availability in terms of how fast I can tag. I love all form of tags! Prose, action, threadjacking, bring it all to meeeeeee.
RP preferences: I really like to see where threads go and let them dictate direction and also to jump on things as they crop up in play. But I also have a healthy respect for planning some things out OOC but I like to be flexible and let the characters' and the story lead us where they may.
A little bit about you: My plurk is basically about RP plotting, character development, squeeing, with a little bit of fandom tossed into the mix. My main fandoms are X-Men, Doctor Who, Attack on Titan and just an odd ball collection of what catches my eye here and there. Mostly I like to use my plurk to 'think' outloud about RP/writing and characters.

Personality: I’ve brought Charles into the game during the struggle with Erik on the beach in Cuba but before getting shot. He’s still very much his positive, open minded and curious self but he’s also tempered with the reality that he misread quite a bit, not only about the humans but Erik as well.

His confidence in himself and his own judgments is shaken, so he’s a little unsure where to go next and sort of falling into things, moment to moment. Such as his rather headstrong decision to take off after Radagast, even though living in the woods (let alone being able to protect himself from things that want to eat him) are unknown to him.

So basically he is starting to split a little between the personality of the self-assured, encouraging and curious Professor X and the more personal man who doubts himself, his choices and his furture. Both are legitimately part of who he is and who he will be but rather than swaggering into the Seelie court thinking he knows all the answers, he’s feeling the pinch of realizing he doesn’t even know the damn questions.

Open Posts: Not at this time but in May there will be one when he gets back to the Seelie court!
Current or future plans: Charles is going to have an orc encounter of the close kind, which will definitely help cement in his head that he's not in Kansas anymore. Some immediate ideas I have for him is research in the library, possibly trying to coordinate a way to help people who have no experience with magic, faeries and the supernatural to learn more about this strange world. He's going to want to find out all he can about the history of the conflict between Seelie and UnSeelie, he's still not sold on the idea that they must war with each other.
Catch-up: Fish Out Of Water!
Charles got kicked in the deep end when he landed here. Magic, faeries, orcs, elves, these are all things of imagination and stories where he comes from and Charles is very grounded in science so he’s on a steep learning curve.

He’s been helped out, greatly, through his budding friendships with Thranduil and Radagast, sources not only of information but also supportive men who don’t immediately recoil at the word ‘telepath’.

The worms were a nasty surprise and derailed Charles’ original plans to bury himself in the library of the Seelie court and try to gain his footing. Instead he found himself fighting for his life when the worms attacked the bailey and rose, being instrumental in his new friend Thranduil being injured. Never mind that he was helping those without the means to help themselves get to safety, Charles still feels the weight of his responsibility for what happened.

This guilt, laid upon the guilt Charles was carrying when he arrived have driven him away from court and up into the woods to find Radagast where it appears he’s going to encounter some orcs.
Desired CR: Friends. I'd like him to have people he can actually talk to and confide in since he's here on his own but it can be difficult with Charles. For all that he talks a lot he doesn't talk about himself. I'd also like traveling/investigation companions as well, characters interested in learning things about this world and why they're here. He will also need someone(s) to save him from himself if he tries to pick up a bow or a sword.
Shipping: I love to ship! My only stipulation on shipping is that it must come about organically, when the characters click ICly. I can't 'OOC plan' a ship.
Things to avoid:: There really isn't much. Violence towards young children and animals is not something I'm comfortable with but that's about it.
Other: HE REALLY LOVES TEA! ~~and I'm painfully shy~~

I am going on hiatus in a day or two and sadly missing out on the event but afterwards when I'm back Beleg can teach Charles how to use a bow? He is also interested in traveling/finding out more about this world.
