I've got this magic using independent-minded occasionally rooftop running retired assassin here. Unseelie and headed for neutral lands. Not big on hoods, though. Might be interesting to have them run into each other sometime?

Boo on the not liking hoods but yes! I think that would prove super interesting to have them run into each other. Maybe we can set something up after the event?
