Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

Planned Travel: He's planning on visiting Hermione, Leathann, and Treun for sure. Also going wherever Kayneth decides to send him lmao.
General overview of recent events: Nico has been in the raid on Caer Scima. Last month, he'd been on a quest to better relations between shardbearers and Leathann, and also talked to the Oracle before she died.

What can other characters easily ICly learn about your character?: That he's a 'necromancer,' and can travel through the shadows. Also, he has a big fucking hell hound (black mastiff looking thing), and he has two sisters. One is a full-blood sister and the other shares the same father.
What information is limited to specific CR?: That he's gay and various events of his past.
What information is my character willing to share/can be readily discovered if another works to uncover it?: His heritage, the various accomplishments and achievements his friends have made, and maybe some parts of his past if this is new CR.

So much yes!!! The two of them were amazingly cute omg! Nico's actually planning on heading to Leathann at some point to check in on Sua and...he's super Unsure if she hates him or not after skipping town like that after the Oracle's death. ;o;

Dude yes. All the yes. He's never willingly come out to anyone before, so this will be an amazingly nice change 'cause all of his 'come outs' have been...forced.

In all honestly, Sua's likely to bring it up first just because she's so comfortable in her own skin and it's as much a part of her as her job or the dog or her family. It'd be on Nico to decide when to mention it, but he'd know about her at least.
