Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

So, Waver is going to be touching base with Connor about real estate for the Brotherhood in the near future, but he'd really like to get an idea of some of the other faces involved, since Waver'll be likely passing info along to the organization as well.

fsasfasf DUDE DON'T WORRY I WAS LAUGHING WITH YOUR REPLY It's all good, these kind of things happen! And oh gosh yes Arno will definitely want to get to know Waver and what's going on there. He's incredibly used to working with a network and relaying information to and from places. (If I can manage to have astounding activity sometime in the future I may try to get Arno the Café Théâtre as a place for information gathering WE SHALL SEE)

Though fair warning in advance, Arno and Connor have a tendency to be impulsive. SO WAVER MIGHT BE FACEPALMING AT TIMES? A LOT? I DON'T KNOW it'll be great.

OMG OKAY i was just so worried about hurt feelings especially because i tend to be quick as heck with replies. But that's great, Waver'll be very, very glad to not have to give the basic introduction to handling high security information. and oh my gOSH that would be an amazing thing to have, IN NO SMALL PART because Waver's essentially done this with the Barrel. Looking at the design, I might consider trying to put it in Leathann eventually!

Yeah bro, Arno knows about the whole DON'T TELL SHIT IT'LL HURT US AS A WHOLE but probably knows it for the wrong reasons right now. I would LOVE to have the cafe work as it did in-game, you could use the plays on the first floor as a way of inviting people in, then it would be easy for others to pass along info. Arno also had like 978357892489724 rooms that he did separate stuff in, like an actual Brotherhood basement and connections down into the sewers for escaping, if need be.

i.e. His great idea of getting rid of a huge storage of gunpowder to aid the enemy during the revolution was to grab two lanterns and toss them onto a pile of hay right by the boxes. Which set the entire inside of the building on fire and made shit explode.

Yessssssssssssss, I definitely would love to see more cafes in game. Waver's got a few spreading in certain locations (Redgate is getting Drabbucks, one of the spires is getting a vampire cafe, Mair's location is being run by Elizbaeth of York), but the sheer SCALE of Arno's would be a real blessing to have.

ARNO IS GOING TO GET THE "THAT'S THE OPPOSITE OF HELPING" LOOK IF SOMETHING LIKE THE GUNPOWDER THING HAPPENS IN GAME. ALTHOUGH IT SHOULD HAPPEN IN GAME BECAUSE WHAT AN AMAZING HEADACHE.
