Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

I am definitely hoping to make audience things happen, so yes! That would be good. I am also still on for Festival of Lights and disappointing revelations on why no, Gil, you can't just bang everything and everyone into pansexuality it doesn't work that way

As for Waver... uh... well we've discussed the up-in-the-airedness of that before, but I will say that if Gil can be calmed down from his furious frothing about Saber they might have a civil discussion. Might. And things can be done from there.

RW and I are gonna get started on the log proper pretty soon so I'll be in touch... probably... within the next few days to knock that out (given it's a quest I expect no surprises to significantly change his mood by the end). And then I can stop speaking in annoying WELL WE'LL WAIT AND SEE terms because we've waited too long for this.

Sua and Gil might become accidental bros by her sheer skillfulness of navigating that ego and I am totally down with this. Teach him the ways of the women, senpai, more specifically how not to piss all of them off.

I really want them to get to friend levels, because it has so much potential for Gil having someone close that's kind of from home, and Sua needs more friends in general.
