Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

Current Location: probably somewhere near ariadne's spire.
Planned Travel: daonna and possibly redgate, i think. yeah. definitely redgate.
General overview of recent events: helped with first-wave unseelie forces and evacuation at the station for the jabberwhelp. in-between those events, laid down the first tenative steps to investigate the cult of the fox in daonna.
Recent open threads/posts: she has a top level here at the station attack!

Who are your character's known associates/friends/enemies?: known associates probably include steve, sam and bucky. she hasn't been here too long, so it's probably natural to assume that their friends are her friends (before you meet her, anyway).
What notable events has my character been a part of?: nothing major. she's new. she's been around daonna a lot?
What can other characters easily ICly learn about your character?: her name is natasha. she has red hair. her name is the black widow. :')
What information is limited to specific CR?: probably anything other than that? that's not very helpful.
What information is my character willing to share/can be readily discovered if another works to uncover it?: she is an assassin with a loaded past, has intense ideological differences with steve rogers. with a little more effort she'll probably reveal the thing about being tasked by saber to figure out what's up with the cult of the fox.

YES. would clarke like to partake? natasha would be focusing on cqc since projectiles aren't really her thing!

Yes, definitely! She'll be learning sword fighting elsewhere, but she totally needs to work on her hand to hand and other close-range melee; right now she's at beginner level stuff that she's learned while actually fighting people? So having some actual training would be awesome.

Potter isn't really a mover or a shaker, or so he thinks, but he is very good at being the sort of person that knows all the right/wrong people. If Natasha would like some information, he is not too bad to hit up for that - especially given that he's going to meet every Unseelie shardbearer in person.

He is on a mighty quest from the Monarchs to gather a memory of overcoming obstacles from every living Unseelie - which is the current PC lot, as well as the NPCs.

what does basic shard activation entail! i think saber would probably be the best bet where magic is concerned just because natasha is so, like, intrinsically against that biz.

The basic level of shard activation increased the shardbearer's physical stats. It'll make her fast, stronger, able to last longer in a fight.

natasha may or may not be popping in to redgate for a little while to investigate the blood granite! the specifically why she's going to be keeping hush hush, but i mean, that's not hard to figure out considering what blood granite does.

HI, YEAH, ABSOLUTELY PLEASE DO. i'm 100% canon-blind (haha, 100) but if you're about to tell me he's a little spy rogue type then they absolutely need cr. are clarke and bellamy on good terms enough for an introduction, because that might be a good way to introduce them and see where it goes?

they are on 'would probably die for each other' terms LMAO so definitely good enough for an introduction :'D they're in the same house at the third spire currently too and will be doing lots of travel together, so that'll be super easy

he's not inherently spy rogue type but canonly he's in the midst of a little spy quest which sort of counts!!
