Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

Hermione, come adventuring with him, it'll be fun.

I SHOULD ALSO SAY (and I will probably add it to my timeskip post), but I WOULD like some silly adventure shenanigans while Aslan is traveling over the world map. Just some fun stuff to lighten up a sobering sort of job.

ABSOLUTELY! Hermione needs some happy adventuring and I'm sure she can step away from the Citadel for a little while (she is heading to Redgate for a bit with Luke and she does want to go other places) so she will offer herself if Aslan likes! She can side-along apparate with him, maybe, and they can go exploring?

Exploring is fun, they can definitely do that! Is there a particular time you'd like to have her join up with him, or will she be along for the whole trip?

Aslan as a pillow every night, you cannot go wrong with this.

Perhaps June/July? She has to head back towards Glaem in August because one of her best friends is having a funeral and I imagine she'll settle down to politic better after that point, but she can pop in and out after that if Aslan wants company! Even when she's travelling with him I imagine she can apparate back to keep an eye on the Citadel, so she won't be too worried.

That works!! And he will be glad of company any time!! C: When he's done with the Jabberrot business, he'll probably still wander a fair bit so anytime she feels like dropping in, he'll be happy to have her!

He would love to hear stories about Godric
