Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

I need to get something clarified for one location, but he will definitely be pining in distinctly Unseelie turf while being plenty noisy about it. Consider it an open invitation for Grell and anyone to come check it out (and point and laugh at him I did say it would be embarrassing).

I think I heard down the grapevine Grell's already had a conversation about Gil's memories? Or was planning to, not sure. My permission to do with it as you wish still stands, I was just curious about any plans since they might change up future CR depending on who she tells.

The only person who's going to know soon is Waver, and timeline wise that'll happen at the end of March. She'll also inevitably end up telling Saber, but that's a ways off still. So it's just those two that'll get the "hey I looked into Gil's head" talk.

Awesome, good to know! I'll look forward to seeing the fallout from that. And by fallout I mean Saber and Grell mutually agreeing that Gil is a sad pail of fail that can't treat a woman right to save his life.
