Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

she'll definitely be in treun, so we can do that! AND THANK YOU that is fantastic. c: i... sort of feel sorry for lancelot but, i mean, on the bright side, natasha is unlikely to try and kill him! just like, take his deepest secrets or whatever.

on the bright side, if lancelot hasn't already, natasha would probably ask him to talk to sam wilson about his ptsd - depending on how obvious it is, anyway.

YEAH NO PROBLEM She's a spy she should get to spy c: and Lancelot is ~SEELIE MARSHAL~ he has a gossip generating rep he cannot avoid! She's also welcome to know his general rep as being hideously nice and kind and strong and all those other vomit inducing knightly descriptors.

Treun it is, then! Since I am guessing this is for her cult of fox investigation he knows some more specific things that might help with that BUT I am unsure how she'd lead him to talk about it without gaming that is what she's after. He knows the sorcerers in Daonna who were Reynard's friends AND that signs of cult of fox activity are evident in Daonna's underground illegal fighting ring shtick, often evidenced by chalk fox winking faces (meta problem, she wouldnt necessarily know what to ask to prompt that out of him and he'd be a touch reticent going into huge details of what happened around that time). If she does let on that she's concerned about it though he'd probably give up the info fairly willing and might ref her to Gabranth who is the Seelie's investigator for this

yes! she's found out a little bit about the catacombs in daonna and the illegal fighting/gambling that goes on, though she doesn't know the finite details (as of right now, anyway). there's a wee bit of a problem in that i don't know if she'd put that together, i.e. lancelot being THE SEELIEST SEELIE TO EVER SEELIE but knowing all about illegal fighting. so there are a few meta problems, you're right! she might ask whether reynard was aggressively violent or something? i don't know, the minute details of that conversation are pretty contextual, so we might need to see where that thread goes :>

And yeah, exactly! He actually knows that part because of Faolan who did the investigating in Daonna.
