Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

Oh, sure! I admit to not having yet played the Dragon Age games but that won't stop me tagging even if I might be canon blind and only vaguely recall watching boyfriend play Origins. If you'd like we could absolutely see about setting up a log to at least start things off and see where it goes from there for timeskip shenanigans.

Ah, I didn't have one planned but we could do a closed one. Either backdated to before the attack where she is there learning about all this strange new tech and everything or I could figure an open one if we want to deal with the aftermath of the station being attacked and all. Either option works for me, really.

Actually I think -and someone just gave me the heads up oops- we'd have to do it on timeskip pages so as not to clog the log comm with peoples posts. Do you wanna just pull it off on a timeskip page instead, does that make it easier?

Oh? I thought the timeskip stuff wasn't really until next month. But we're going to be using the timeskip posts anyway so I could easily set something up unless you wanted to on her's and link me.

Um hmn you are probably right and I am probably wrong. Admittedly, I have no clue what I'm doing or when any of this really starts hahaha. So what would you like to do? Just keep to timeskip pages anways then?

Okay, yeah it would be in the normal logs comm since this would be prior to Time Skip as of March. I'll try get something up tonight or tomorrow.
