Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

ugh yes definitely all the meetings. katsa will be trying her best to keep in touch, she really won't want to fall out of it. even some sort of secret messages or whatever it takes. and if she does get through seelie lands the first thing she'd do is try to see her friends so she'd def want to let him know. bff ryan

i want to get katsa to a point of wanting to open up about herself to him too sometime, there's no way she should go over a year without giving something :T

yes to hiro and katsa too! haha maybe they can meet up for the actual wolf-dyeing process if he finds indigo. she never got a chance to do it with everything going on. annnnd talk of general unseelie things, at least for now?

Yesssss oh my gosh, yes, he still owes her a hug and possibly grabbing her face and being like "I adore you but you're so dumb sometimes" but in Ryan-terms because it's okay to feel things. Really. They can have feelings jams and try not to get killed, it'll be great.

(YES. He's dressed up Kelsi on multiple occasions, Katsa will be a piece of cake)

Considering he didn't get a chance to find the woad or indigo or anything because of everything going on that would actually be reasonable. Also yes talk of general unseelie things because he's so unseelie right now it's hilarious.

hehe. tbh katsa's been pushed more unseelie than ever herself. she still doesn't consider forced divisions or the monarchs to have any sway over her own opinions or relationships, but the attacks, man.... they made her Not Happy

Someday Katsa will like to wear pretty dresses someday...and someday Ryan will actually date a woman. He'll take what he can get from her tbh but he's definitely going to just shake her and be like JUST LET ME HAVE THIS ONE MOMENT

Hiro's really mad about the seelie attack on caer scima and he was playing with the jabberwock before it was killed so he's mad about that, too. They can bitch about how awful everybody is, it'll be gr8
