Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

Jason was a kid who was desperate to have fun and make friends and be something to someone, but he was angry and insecure and then he DIED and came back still as a kid but very screwed up.

Basically, I think Jack and Jason CR could go in some very interesting directions, especially with the way it's started. IT WILL PROBABLY BE HEAVY, but yes.

I'm not sure how their calendars can align but I'm open to being flexible, especially during Jason's more open months if you are!

oh wow, that's definitely quite an interesting perspective on him that would definitely be something to tie in with jack. but yeah, i'm really intrigued to see where this will go! especially because it'd be a little more on heavy side and i love diving into those kinds of things!

in terms of timing, since jack's flying around everywhere, he's actually very open to being just about anywhere at anytime. he's journeying in between everything for his spirit stuff, but he's gonna constantly be swinging back in order to help out different people and visit friends so he's pretty much constantly available.
