Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

That's great. I actually have kind of an opportunity for her in the mean time if you're interested involving an airship crew that operates out of Redgate (which is where the University will be so it'll be in the same area). I'm not sure if you're interested, but the captain is Eren Yeager (andallbite) with Saralegui (enthraller) at the lead of the operation.

I, accidentally made a plurk for plotting with appropriate individuals and didn't realize you had a plurk already. I can send you an e-mail with the document link once we get it organized if you wanted to add input to it, etc.

That sounds amazing, honestly. Clarke is spending a little bit of timeskip setting up clinics at the various Spires in Unseelie territory + learning healing magic from Beatrix at the very beginning. But other than that I'm super flexible on what she's up to the rest of the time! She should (hopefully) have fast travel by the time it starts, so she can go back and forth to do other stuff as needed, but I'd definitely love to get her in on this.

She actually has castmates who would probably be helpful to this, also. Raven Reyes is a mechanic/engineer in their homeworld and Bellamy Blake is crazy good with weaponry, so if this is brought to Clarke she might offer up those two for consideration as well, just as a heads up! They're also all part of the R&D committee, haha.

No worries that works out well actually with another airship thing. Berserker wanted her to use a ship to deliver medicine to various parts so if we use the clinics at spires, that can kind of ties into it. Could be the mutual interest that comes up.

I've been leaving crew stuff mostly to the captains and Eren Yeager is the chosen one for this one specifically. The player is out of town for the weekend though so it might be a couple days before we get anything solid going with that. I'll be sure to poke you via e-mail and I'm gooooing to go ahead with adding you on Plurk right now. I feel so embarrassed I overlooked you, what a day.

Oh, that's perfect, then! Clarke is doing it at the request of Saber (Alter) so that could also be the tie in since they're castmates!

Don't worry about it, really! The player contact list is huge and I don't think I put my info anywhere else (which I should do) so definitely nothing to be embarrassed over. :>
