Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

YES PUTTING PROTECTION UP IN HER QUARTERS!! that would be a great start to lead into the whole thing, both covering his magic and how it might help her and also leading into offers to babysit some point along the lines. and of course she can ask him about that! hermione knows how to make lockets like the ones that she's requesting, and he nearly lives with hermione at times, so of course he'd be able to help acquire some of those for her and her musketeers! :')

She would be so grateful for helping her get lockets for her and the musketeers. She would ask if there is anything she could do to repay him since he's done so much for her with the protections as well and helping her.

He's going to get hand sewed things from her, it's the least she could do.

when timing-wise do we want all of this to happen? ;3; like what month etc. remus is horribly open, he might have a quest next month but i get to decide when it takes place so there's no need to worry about that!

I think maybe as soon as possible to allow their friendship to grow over the time skip as much as possible? Maybe we can do a log of them discussing more magic/lockets/protections for her and Louis jr?

that works for me! lockets will be non-functioning starting in may but if she would like something sooner she could message him about it earlier than that, in either march or april, and we could go from there? :')a
