Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

hMMMMmm afaik, they're mostly sticking around the station for a while? i know yukari and junpei are going to defrost people with sam's help this month at the station, but i can double-check with mi wrt steve!

the fairy rings are still operational, so howard can just pop on over from caer scima if he's still there!

That sounds quite good, I was actually thinking of putting up an open log post+network for Howard heading for the station now that things have calmed down, since that will be what he'd want to do first. See if there's anything he can make use of there, try to gather information since most of the books were all destroyed and whatnot, and he's still so new to it all.

he'll have to have someone tell him where the nearest ring is, he was only given a vague mention of those (and he distrusts them a little but), however that can work quite nicely. :D

that sounds perfect, I'm sure I'll have them up either tonight or tomorrow, I need to go through all the networks over the past week and see where to shove Howard too there haha.
