Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

I'm sorry for being late too!

Pod would love to help him on a quest! It might be better to do it towards the end of April though, because the Harp event will be freaking her out so much (her canon has an evil spirit capable of musical-mind-control who ends up possessing a harp so... yes). Going on a quest to heal more things will help her get over it though!

oh yeah absolutely! i should have specified - it's going to be oocly for the month of april since i have one going for march already (if i get the quest and no one takes it before then that is), but the actual quest itself can take place whenever icly! :') so it could take place during may, or whenever we'd like for it to take place!

Oh, I see now! Sure, OOCly for April works great. And either end of April or beginning of May would probably work ICly. The only thing I want for Pod in May, really, is getting some swan gold and that can be worked around a Quest!
