I can't say for sure, but you might want to consider meeting some different kinds of men.

There are no different kinds of men. They're all after something, and they've all got something to prove.

Maybe not exactly, but in my experience, most men have some level of it in common, yeah.

You were small, now you're not. [It sure looks like he wanted to change.] Nate could never let anything go. He always had to risk it all. And Harry, poor Harry... he just had to be better than Nate.

And I'm talking about fairly decent men. I haven't even gotten to the power-hungry, megalomaniacs I've worked for.
