Probably post-Body Thief actually. So he had that whole 'I thought I wanted to be human again and LOL NOPE' phase. So he's back to being undead and self-absorbed and loving it. Before the whole 'lets go through heaven and hell and weird religious allegories and kissing jesus and other weird stuff'

Also his human-fit of burning down Louis' home is one of my favorite things ever.
