I may or may not be creeping on Mordred's info now, and gosh that would be so cute! Sad kids with legacy issues... she has some familiarity with those, yes.

Mordred has had a hard life and could really use someone being unconditionally kind to her every once and awhile.

That, and she is also a homunculus herself, so she and Iri have that in common as well.

...Oh my goodness, I feel as though I am peering over a precipice of such intense mothering if Iri learns that about her. (This is a thing that could be very lovely to play, depending on if/how things work out!)
