TEST DRIVE MEME #7

TEST DRIVE MEME
Considering apping to EACHDRAIDH? Why not give the setting a test run here! OPTIONAL SCENARIOS 01. ARRIVING IN THE DRABWURLD. The Seelie and Unseelie courts welcome you not with mirthful revelry, this time around dear friends. There is a seriousness in the air, though the food is still hearty and the imps still mischievous. After you have been briefed on your purpose here, you will find an endless feast and a night filled with entertainment to placate your concerns. Mingle with new arrivals, sneak down the castle halls and make sure your eyes are always on your glass; fairies and imps have no bias when it comes to tricks! 02. THE STATION. Looking for a little slice of home? The Station gives you all that and more. Take advantage of the wifi, have a cup of fairy-brewed coffee (the one they didn't spit in) or sit back and relax on the patio. You can even move your things into one of the available rooms! 03. WILDCARD. Your own scenario! Explore the Drabwurld or simply take advantage of your Locket! Be mindful, though -- the monarchs are watching and cross court communication should be done with the utmost secrecy. |

Unconsciously his hand balls into a fist.]
Yeah. We'll find a way. We've been through too much to let something like this tear us apart.
[He touches his hand to his chin, thinking.]
We won't be able to meet in person very often, not unless we disguised ourselves. If one of the monarchs found out we were friends, that'd be it.

[He's determined to figure some way around this. If he could prove to everyone how Riku really was. His friend had been taken in by the darkness before, but he's changed since and Sora would never want that to mark Riku forever, to colour everyone's perception of him while here. He's just not sure how to do that. What he could do against all of this. But he's determined to at least try, as stubborn as ever and not for a second thinking the risk would stop him seeing his friend.]

We can't be the first people this has happened to. I'm sure there are other people who have friends in the opposite courts. We'll just have to figure out a way to keep from being found out, that's all.
[There have to be ways to do that, right? It's the same as when he was searching for Roxas and disguised himself as a member of Organization XIII so they wouldn't recognize him as an outsider.]
It'll be hard at first, though. Apparently the shards we carry can be sensed by others. I'm not sure if they can tell Seelie from Unseelie, but it's not worth the risk.

[Knowing Riku is here, there's no way he's going to ignore his friend now he's found him again. Not a chance. Although Sora's disguise might end up pretty obvious depending what idea he might come up with. Still, it would be worth the risk and then some to be reassured every now and then that his friend is okay.]
You think they can tell that much? Maybe....I think we should look into that, the shards. I mean it kind of sounds like they're talking about our heart, but I know that can't quite be right.
[Sora's own heart being connected to so many others. Sora himself being so as well. There are so many questions, and he's not sure if Riku would have any more answers than he himself does.]
to be fair to sora riku's idea of a disguise is getting another org coat so...
[He'd probably have been blacklisted by them just for having fallen to the darkness. Something like that could never be fully erased from a person. There'd always be a part of it deep in his heart.
Speaking of hearts. Riku's lips turn up in a wry smirk when Sora mentions wanting to look into the shards.]
You'd think by now we'd know all about our hearts and what's within them.
But you're right, we should definitely look into the shards first. Maybe if we know a little bit more about them, we'll be able to figure out our next step.
[An idea strikes him--he glances toward the Station.]
We may not be able to meet in person for a while. Maybe we can find a place in here where we could leave messages for each other.
Can you still summon your Keyblade here?
and this dork is prob just remembering those stupid party glasses and nose. Or something.
[Just ignoring that part about getting into trouble because. Well. It isn't like he deliberately goes looking for it....
He pauses and considers for a moment when Riku continues, following his gaze around the Station. Wondering just where they could leave messages. It's as safe an idea as any. Though really, he isn't sure if there might be some sort of alternative means besides the lockets somehow. If they could get them to work across the different courts...]
I guess that could work. But how can we be sure someone else wouldn't find it? It'd have to be a real secure place to avoid that. But ah, yeah. I can summon it.
[He holds out his hand, that familiar light flickering as he does so in example. To reassure Riku.]
oh god nOT THE BEAGLE AEGIS
Riku nods as Sora summons his Keyblade.]
That's good. We can use the Keyblade to lock things, too. There's gotta be something in here that's locked well enough that people can't get into it, right? We can leave messages for each other there.
Totally what Riku means by disguises right? He's. Got this.
Yeah? Maybe. If we find something. I guess we can't use those lockets if they don't work between the different Courts. So...that could work. If we lock the messages somewhere with our Keyblades and nobody else has a key to get to it. You didn't see anything that could work for this did you?
[Seeing as Sora himself just arrived and is wandering, there could be some places. Some safes he's missed or something.]
