TEST DRIVE MEME #7

TEST DRIVE MEME

Considering apping to EACHDRAIDH? Why not give the setting a test run here!

OPTIONAL SCENARIOS

01. ARRIVING IN THE DRABWURLD.
The Seelie and Unseelie courts welcome you not with mirthful revelry, this time around dear friends. There is a seriousness in the air, though the food is still hearty and the imps still mischievous. After you have been briefed on your purpose here, you will find an endless feast and a night filled with entertainment to placate your concerns. Mingle with new arrivals, sneak down the castle halls and make sure your eyes are always on your glass; fairies and imps have no bias when it comes to tricks!

02. THE STATION.
Looking for a little slice of home? The Station gives you all that and more. Take advantage of the wifi, have a cup of fairy-brewed coffee (the one they didn't spit in) or sit back and relax on the patio. You can even move your things into one of the available rooms!

03. WILDCARD.
Your own scenario! Explore the Drabwurld or simply take advantage of your Locket! Be mindful, though -- the monarchs are watching and cross court communication should be done with the utmost secrecy.

Connor had tried to be more observant than anything. A few people have been able to at least answer his more basic questions but many people were just minding their business and not truly paying him much mind. They were just townspeople that were only a part of the much larger picture, and he was one of its new citizens. It was like he was out of place but also not so much.

This world was vast and had a very odd sense of itself.

Finding he would get the most sensible answers elsewhere, after speaking with those few people and trying to do his own personal research, on to the castle.

However, someone did finally pay him mind. A younger man just simply approached him. Of course, Connor found it in himself to respond accordingly. If someone came to him with questions, it was best to be honest so things could get properly solved. "No," he simply answered. He gave Riku another look. "I was hoping to find answers in the castle."

Huh, Connor figured. "You also just arrived, have you?"

Going to the same place?

"Yeah." Riku looked up at the castle, towering over everything else. "One minute I was training in my own world--" Or at least, his own set of worlds... "--and the next I was waking up here. Not exactly a great feeling, is it?"

Oh well. At least it wasn't the first time something like this had happened to him.

"What have you found out so far? Maybe I can answer a couple of your questions," he offered. "It'll save you some time once we reach the castle."

That was how it was like for him. One minute he was doing something, and now he was here. It took a little while to adapt to the sudden change but if for any reason he cannot leave, or is forced to stay here, what better way than to talk to castle higher ups. Try to make sense of it all, and save his anger for if there was any need for it.

He turned to his guest, there were probably very basic things he learned that he won't think will be necessary. Major things though, "This land is separated by courts, with different ideals. Beasts and mystical lands cover the continent, and...these lockets are how we can communicate far and wide."
