TEST DRIVE MEME
Considering apping to EACHDRAIDH? Why not give the setting a test run here! OPTIONAL SCENARIOS 01. ARRIVING IN THE DRABWURLD. The Seelie and Unseelie courts welcome you not with mirthful revelry, this time around dear friends. There is a seriousness in the air, though the food is still hearty and the imps still mischievous. After you have been briefed on your purpose here, you will find an endless feast and a night filled with entertainment to placate your concerns. Mingle with new arrivals, sneak down the castle halls and make sure your eyes are always on your glass; fairies and imps have no bias when it comes to tricks! 02. THE STATION. Looking for a little slice of home? The Station gives you all that and more. Take advantage of the wifi, have a cup of fairy-brewed coffee (the one they didn't spit in) or sit back and relax on the patio. You can even move your things into one of the available rooms! 03. WILDCARD. Your own scenario! Explore the Drabwurld or simply take advantage of your Locket! Be mindful, though -- the monarchs are watching and cross court communication should be done with the utmost secrecy. |

"Not that I can blame you," he goes on, after thinking about it for a few more seconds. "I don't really get what's going on, though." It's hard to make up his mind when he doesn't get it.

She stands straight, her frustration with the situation clear. He isn't wrong in his estimation. She would be very pleased to have something to punch here, and it shows in the set of her jaw, the line of her shoulders, the way she crosses her arms—and the twitchy movements of her "tails."

But it sounds like she has all of those things, so would it hurt to be honest?
He draws his hand up to rub at the back of his neck, posture changing as he leans forward and looks at the ground awkwardly. "I, uh, don't know, to be honest. Back home, it's a lot easier to know what I'm fighting for. Being a mutant sucks a lot, and people don't really get over it. I've been to other worlds, and people don't like mutants there, either. I mean, they're really, really not okay with mutants, and they're proud about it, like we're trying to deceive them. That's all—that's stuff I get, but as far as I know, mutant rights aren't really affected by what I do here here, so ..." He shrugs aimlessly, drawing his hand off his neck to wave them in the air for a moment while he tries to find the rest of what he wants to say. "I want to keep people safe. If I fight, I don't think I can, but if I don't fight, I can't do that either, so what can I do?"

"It is good that you see your position, at least."
She shifts a bit, restlessness sitting uneasily on her. Her temper is not that easily soothed, but the boy has done nothing to earn her wrath. After a brief consideration, she compromises with herself on how best to engage him.
"Would you walk with me while we speak?"
