I had no idea that Jason and Billy would turn into such wonderfully self-absorbed assholes bouncing off one another and never willing to listen to the other, but it's really, really great. I love how organic their negativity is toward one another. You've done a really great job ingratiating Billy in this setting. In a big way, it's obvious that Billy is what would happen to poor Billy Kaplan after a year of no Teddy or Kate to balance him out (or Tommy, for that matter). You approach a lot of his issues with a lot of intelligence, too.
