yessss. I'm not sure it's even on the table and if they could pull it off, that'd be up to the mods, but it's just an idea. C: plus, it'd really help the war effort.

If it ever gets to the plotting out in more detail phase we are here. Richard in any case is definitely getting antsy enough to want to start doing something tangible and violent. If nothing else he may turn to this. (I am a military history person. Excuse me while I vomit tactical things everywhere.)
