Did Asami carry them over somewhere specific? I thought I saw mention of settling them in a town... or something... or maybe I'm getting senile again

I haven't decided on where just yet! Still looking and seeing what they're setting up on the locations page. But yes, I'm hoping to settle a town re: the directions the mods have given me. So don't worry, you're not senile yet.

I actually might suggest Leth'n for them! I'm 99% sure this was meant to be a proto-Leathann and as such Gilgamesh would gladly lend his support to the area. With a bit of work it could even become a decent hub for Leathann itself, who knows.

Either way, though, he's on friendly terms with Asami so if she gave a holler he'd probably lend some help.

You mean Leana, or where old Leathann is? (Isn't the old/new one going to be a floating city?)

Nope, I mean Leth'n, the small fishing and farming town. It's up-and-coming so it was my first thought for where to put the refugees, unless you wanted to start completely fresh -- wasn't sure.

Oh, I gotcha! Yes, there are a few that will be going back down south to where it all began, so they would enjoy that muchly. There's a good number that are going to start a new settlement, too, up north in the darker forests because who doesn't love forest villages??

Actually, would Gil be able to enchant a few leather gauntlets that Asami made so they're a better quest reward? She's not that skilled at magic but she'd want to be able to give something nice for those who help establish the village.

In that regard, if he needs her engineering prowess for whatever reason, she would definitely oblige. I'm trying to remember, was he originally part of her potential airship helper roster?

Enchanting is absolutely available, you may handwave that as you see fit.

As for airships, you may wish to speak to Rin's player about that, as she has the relevant know-how. Gil would probably direct her there himself for this purpose.

Actually, that would be the perfect intro! I know Rin is the person to go to but Asami has never known who to talk to before.
