John Constantine | Constantine (TV) | Amethyst
He sprawls out on one of the couches made up of trees and planets, propping his feet up on it without regard for the grime on his shoes, and fishes a slightly squashed pack of cigarettes out of the pocket of his black slacks.
He cocks his head up towards the nearest person a-wandering by his resting spot even as he places one of the cigarettes between his lips, letting it hang there so he can employ both hands in the task of patting down his other pockets. Apparently the effort is useless, because he huffs out a laugh and flashes a smile up at whoever stopped nearby.] 'Ello, love. Don't suppose you've got a light?

[he's new, she can tell, because she would have remembered his face. she likes to come and see who the newly pulled ones are, just to find out who's noteworthy and stay abreast of current events - and that means that being sociable comes in very handy. not that it's any stress to do so.
reaching over without waiting for a response, she touches the tip of his cigarette with her finger, a small flame blooming between them, which she sends away when it's lit.]

Now there's a pretty trick. [He's actually got his trusty lighter in one of his back pockets, but it seemed as good a method as any of starting a conversation with someone that he hopes has more information about the place than he does. Plus, he just got to see that, which he wasn't entirely expecting. Very interesting.] Can't thank you enough, luv. What's your name?

[she needs no more invitation to sit down, turned so that she can study him in full. no way of telling where he'd end up, but he's got an accent that reminds her of home, and that's enough reason to spend some time.]
