Nature itself has shaped itself into tables, chairs, and long couches so that the new guests can rest. When they’re ready to call it a night, Shardbearers are brought to their court strongholds in a one-way trip by fairies and imps. 02. NETWORK Take advantage of your Locket! The network can be accessed by any Shardbearer with a locket or shardless characters with enchanted devices, and is a quick way to meet new people and discuss the state of the world. 03. WILDCARD. Your own scenario! Explore the Drabwurld! There are lots of places to go, and plenty of trouble to get into in them! |

emiya kiritsugu — fate / zero — court undecided
[ He knew. He had his doubts, but being summoned here was certainly intriguing. He was reluctant to take the tea, but after tasting it... there wasn't any room for complaint.
If he had to be completely and irrevocably honest, the whole ordeal was peaking his curiosity, but that didn't mean that he was garnering enjoyment from it. Playing nice was hardly something Kiritsugu partook in, so he had to be brutally clear: he was up for the task but not because they asked, but for his own volition.
So it shouldn't be a surprise that he's standing entirely motionless, following the movements of the denizens of this place from a safe distance, trying not to draw attention. He chooses to ignore offers of food and beverages, choosing to keep himself as far removed from this affair as possible. The reason is simple: he preferred to inspect the place first before doing anything else.
Plus, there is a mild skepticism clinging to his mind as an afterthought. Alas, it seems like he has no other choice but to play nice, for now, at least. His arms fold across his chest as his eyes narrow slightly at the spectacle. There is no hunger or thirstiness invading him right now. Basically, anyone's free to engage conversation with him, or anything else. ]
wildcard.
[ I'm up for pretty much anything. So you're free to write anything. I'll likely answer to it. ]

Some people are just more persistent.
And in the wake of what he's been through, though Kirei's anger for Kiritsugu Emiya no longer runs quite as hot, there will always be a little of it present. Spotting the black trenchcoat from behind, he's almost tempted to stab a throwing sword right into his back as faultlessly as this man once shot a hole in his heart. Grail mud has leaked in to fill the cracks, and Kirei is still alive, still standing. He still remembers. If Kiritsugu Emiya would become a hero of this world—the universe—he is about to meet the man who worships the God that is its sworn enemy.
It wouldn't do not to give his fellow Master a proper welcome after everything, however.]
Kiritsugu Emiya.
[Kirei announces it a short distance from him. His deep voice carries. He is just out of his line of sight, beyond his shoulder, so he'll have to turn to see him.]
Welcome to the Drabwurld. Here I thought I would never see you again.

The only man that have managed to get a reaction out of him, standing a few steps behind him. There's no surprise defiling his emotionless expression, but now he has more questions. Questions that may or may not get answers.
To know that such man is alive and well, as if nothing has happened between them certainly intrigues Kiritsugu in the worst ways possible. Now he turns around, eyes narrowing slightly to inspecting the man from bottom to top vigorously.
Kotomine's deep voice contrasts his own. His voice being drier and maybe less welcoming, ]
Kirei Kotomine.
[ He says the same thing he had on his mind. ]
My thoughts alike.
[ Hard to decipher, that's how he describes Kirei right now. That's why he acts cautious — although they're in a public space, the priest's intentions are still unknown. ]

But Kirei will not stop him in checking him out for any threats, either. His chin drops and he smiles. He doesn't move, and he wonders what point in time this Kiritsugu was drawn from, his arms straight at his sides.]
Oh? You had missed me so much? Don't worry. The Holy Grail War commands no presence here, and I have no intention of fighting you.

Not one for big gatherings?

Despite being reluctant, probably he could gather some information out of her. He doesn't reciprocate her actions, not in the slightest. ]
No. And I assume you enjoy this festival?

[ ducking around some old ones, seeing who's still here and who's gone. it'll help her stay light on her toes as she re-acclimates to this place. ]
It does get overwhelming. [ she continues, shifting the pack against her shoulders. ] So it's nice to take a break sometimes.
[ and bother the people hiding in the shadows. ]
fight me
whats up, dad????pulled out of the throne of heroes like this, into a world entirely separate from any timeline he has ever interfered in, he shouldn't be surprised that this could happen as well.
a throng of dryads, singing merrily, melt out of the trees in a flurry of leaves the colors of fire, green hair wreathed in crowns of own branches, junipers and oaks, the deep color of silver firs, pinecones bright green against the needles, even a sycamore, her crown bare of any leaves at all, skin as pale as the bark of her tree.
i wish they could somehow get him to go say hello, but really, all they do is draw attention to the fact that he's watching kiritsugu with an unnervingly intent stare. for like a good four minutes.
what a weirdo. ]
