Would you rather I had not told them? Would you rather my nephew had told them? Eddard Stark is akin to a brother to my family. You don't know anything of our relationship and you assume a little too much.

Do I? When my mother died, I ought to have heard it from my father and not the folks down the street. Did I assume that, too?

And yet Lord Stark did not know until I told him. Arya refused to allow me to delay her being told. You punish me for faults that are untrue and I will not stand for it.

Sansa should've told them both, or else Jon, and you should've given them time for it. It wasn't yours to share in. You were the wrong person to do it.

Sansa did not want to bear the burden. You speak as though you are a part of their family and somehow have bearing upon their lives. You are not. You are not a Stark and you are a stranger to their kin, so I ask you to cease.
