Uhh... Not unless you count seeing mutated flowers and stuff in bio class counts as meeting. I feel like it's kinda rude to use words like that to talk about people, even if they might have mutations...

[He ducks his head, clearing his throat. When Charles puts his hand on his shoulder, he almost jumps. He's used to being the one to touch on people he only just met, it not being a big part of his culture back home. He calms down and gives an awkward smile.]
